Remote or hybrid project work
Optimal setup for hybrid project work:
Our consultants work remotely from Czechia, with 2 business trips to the Netherlands per month. 80% of work is done remotely and 20% onsite. There can be more frequent trips in key periods of the project.

Quality Assurance
QA LEVEL WILL BE SETUP TOGETHER WITH THE CUSTOMER
Standard quality assurance - we will do regular quality checks with the customer and contractor, working proactively with contractor on his/her development and improvements. We will provide extended support during the onboarding process.

SOME OR ALL OF PMO FUNCTIONS CAN BE OUTSOURCED
- Maintaining and allocating pool of resources for specific type of projects
